Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts

Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups ketchup
2 (8-ounce) cans water chestnuts
1 pound bacon, each slice halved

Combine sugar, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup; mix well and set aside. Wrap 1 water chestnut with bacon half and secure with toothpick. Repeat. Place in 9x13- inch baking dish. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and drain fat. Pour ketchup mixture over Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts and bake an additional 30 minutes.
