Broccoli Puff

White Sauce:

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk

Melt butter; add flour to make a paste. Add milk cooking until thick, stirring constantly.

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup White Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced onion
1½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 eggs, beaten

Mix ingredients and turn into a buttered casserole dish. Place in a shallow pan of water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Broccoli Puff serves 8.
