Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

6 slices bacon, chopped
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat. When fat begins to render, add Brussels sprouts. Sauté until crisp, about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
