Chocolate Gravy

1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla

In a saucepan, whisk cocoa, flour and sugar together until there are no lumps. Whisk in milk; mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the consistency of gravy, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla until butter is melted, then serve Chocolate Gravy over homemade biscuits.
