Coastal Fried Catfish

4 catfish fillets (or 8 to 10 catfish nuggets)
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter, melted
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Oil
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Lemon juice

Clean and rinse catfish. In a bowl, whisk egg and butter; set aside. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip fish into egg mixture then flour mixture; fry in hot oil until fish rises to the top and turns golden brown. Sprinkle parsley over fish. Serve hot with a squirt of lemon juice.
