Easy Stuffed Mushrooms
This recipe is perfect for oven or grill.
12 large mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
Wash mushrooms. Remove stems and chop. Sautè onion in butter until soft. Add chopped stems, pecans, breadcrumbs, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and cook until heated through. Mound caps with stuffing. Broil 4 minutes.
