Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Famous Ed’s Bacon Macaroni and Cheese

Alfredo sauce
½ cup marinara sauce
3 ounces premade meatballs, chopped*
3 ounces sausage, chopped*
4 tablespoons bacon bits
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
9 ounces penne pasta, cooked
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs
4 slices provolone cheese

Directions for Bacon Macaroni and Cheese: Cover sauté pan with enough alfredo sauce to cover base of pan. Place marinara, meatballs, sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan and pasta in pan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until sauce is a pinkish/orange color. Add to casserole dish and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and top with breadcrumbs. Place provolone in center, side-by-side, and bake at 450° till cheese is just browned. Serve Famous Ed’s Bacon Macaroni and Cheese warm.
