Glazed Carrots Recipe

Glazed Carrots

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
3 cups cooked carrots, cut in strips or rounds

Blend butter, sugar and water in heavy fry pan over low heat. Add carrots. Cook over low heat 7 to 10 minutes, turning carrots to evenly coat in syrup. Keep heat low to prevent glazed carrots from scorching
