Grilled Zesty Shark Steaks with Easy Pineapple Salsa

Easy Pineapple Salsa:

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
2 to 3 green onions (green part only) chopped¼ cup chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste

In a serving bowl, combine pineapple, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice; mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside for flavors to marry while preparing steak.

Steaks:

4 shark steaks, 1½ inches thick
Salt and pepper to taste
Zesty Italian dressing
Olive oil
Cajun or seafood seasoning

Rub steaks lightly with salt and pepper. Combine pineapple juice with an equal amount Italian dressing; brush generously over steaks. Cover; set aside for 1 hour in refrigerator. Brush grill with olive oil; grill steaks over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes each side. When done, season to taste with Cajun or seafood seasoning. Serve topped with Easy Pineapple Salsa.
