Italian Sausage & Cabbage Soup

1 pound mild Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (10.75-ounce) can tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
1 package frozen Italian green beans
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Brown sausage in large pot. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower temperature and simmer 45 to 60 minutes. Serve hot and garnish Italian Sausage & Cabbage Soup with shredded mozzarella, if desired.
