Lemon Bars Recipe

Lemon Bars

Bottom Layer:
2 sticks margarine, softened
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients. Press into 9x12-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Top Layer:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
7 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Combine all ingredients. Pour over bottom layer. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes more. Bars will remain gooey in the center. Remove from oven and sprinkle Lemon Bars with powdered sugar.
