Macaroni Salad

1 (12-ounce) bag elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 1/4 cups sweet pickle relish, drained
1 pound longhorn Cheddar cheese, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimento
Mayonnaise to taste

 

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
