Oreo Cheesecake

1 package Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
¼ cup butter, melted
4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs

Preheat oven 325º. Line 9x13-inch pan with foil. Process 30 cookies in food processor for 30 to 45 seconds or until finely ground. Add butter; mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition. Chop remaining cookies. Gently stir 1½ cups cookie crumbs into cream cheese batter. Pour over crust; sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies. Bake 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
