Pecan Pie

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
2 cups white corn syrup (use a 16-ounce bottle to eliminate the need to measure)

1 teaspoon almond extract
2½ to 3 cups pecans that have been cut in ½
2 pie shells, uncooked

Beat eggs; add sugar and flour. Add butter, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and almond extract; mix well. Stir in pecans and fill 2 uncooked pie shells. Bake pecan pie in preheated oven at 350° about 1 hour.
