Quick & Easy Eggnog

6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon

Beat eggs with an electric mixer. Alternately add milk and sugar, while continuing to beat, until fully incorporated. Continue beating until mixture thickens slightly. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Cover Quick & Easy Eggnog with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours or overnight).
