Red Hot Vidalia Onion Salsa

1 pound tomatoes, diced
1 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
½ tablespoon minced garlic
2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1½ tablespoons lemon or lime juice
3 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cumin powder

Directions for Red Hot Vidalia Onion Salsa: Combine everything in a covered bowl. Chill at least an hour before serving.
