Tory's Spaghetti Carbonara

1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti noodles
3 teaspoons olive oil, divided
1 pound bacon, diced
1 cup diced ham or prosciutto
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 large ripe tomato, diced
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 egg yolks

Directions for Spaghetti Carbonara:Boil spaghetti noodles in water with 1 teaspoon olive oil until al dente; drain and reserve to a large serving bowl. Add remaining to 2 teaspoons olive oil to a large skillet. Fry bacon until crispy; do not drain grease. Add ham, green onions, tomato, parsley and green peas. Stir well. In a separate bowl, mix together cream, Parmesan cheese and egg yolks. When bacon mixture is really hot, pour it over pasta. Toss until pasta is covered. Add cream mixture. Stir Spaghetti Carbonara well.
