1 box white cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
1 (3-ounce) box strawberry Jell-O
1 (8-ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries with juice, thawed
Combine all ingredients for Strawberry Cake in a mixing bowl; beat with mixer 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Cool before frosting.

1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter, softened
Combine all ingredients except reserved juice. Gradually mix in strawberry juice to spreadable consistency.
